Final Sale Items
All greeting cards and custom or personalized earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Exchanges (Apparel, Accessories & Other Goods)
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with original packaging (if applicable)
If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return is processed to avoid delays.
How to Return an Item
- Email heythere@youandmegrowingfree.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Items returned without prior instructions cannot be accepted
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days (processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
