Lavish Lobes Party Booking Terms
Thank you for considering a Lavish Lobes Party. Please review these terms before paying your booking fee.
Reserving Your Date
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or require payment.
After your consultation and confirmation of availability, a $75 booking fee is required to reserve your party date. Your booking is confirmed once we receive payment and send written confirmation.
Booking Fee
The $75 booking fee contributes toward décor and administrative preparation. It is a separate fee and is not applied toward merchandise purchases or host jewelry credit.
It is the only standard fee the host pays for the party. Events requiring travel may involve additional costs, which will be disclosed for your written approval before payment or booking.
Host Cancellation
If you cancel your confirmed party, the $75 booking fee is nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any approved travel expenses will be handled under Travel Costs below.
Rescheduling
Please contact heythere@youandmegrowingfree.com as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. A new date must be agreed upon and is subject to availability.
Your existing $75 booking fee transfers to the agreed new date and is not refunded. No additional standard booking fee applies solely because you reschedule.
For requests received less than seven calendar days before the scheduled start time, additional charges may apply for reasonable, documented, nonrecoverable expenses caused by the change, such as event-specific supplies or nonrefundable reservations.
These charges will exclude costs already covered by your booking fee or other payments and account for refunds, usable credits, and expenses we can reasonably avoid or reuse. Anticipated jewelry sales are not included.
We will provide an itemized explanation and the amount of any additional charge for your agreement before confirming the new date.
If we cannot agree on a replacement date and you choose to cancel, the host-cancellation terms apply.
Travel Costs
For events requiring flights, lodging, or other advance travel reservations, we will disclose the costs and applicable cancellation or change terms for your written approval before booking.
Approved, nonrecoverable travel costs or necessary change fees may apply if you cancel or reschedule, even when you provide more than seven days’ notice.
You will not be charged twice for the same expense. Any additional amount will account for travel payments already received, refunds, usable credits, and costs we can reasonably avoid. We will provide an itemized explanation of any remaining charge.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by You and Me Growing Free
If we cancel your party or request a date change, no rescheduling charge applies.
You may accept an available replacement date or receive a refund of your $75 booking fee and any travel payments made to us for the canceled event. If you accept a replacement date, your existing payments transfer to that booking.
Host Jewelry Credit
Host jewelry credit is calculated from qualifying event sales under the published host rewards schedule.
The booking fee and travel payments do not count toward qualifying sales. Host jewelry credit is separate from these payments and has no cash value.
Consumer Rights
Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected by these terms. Any legally required cancellation notices or forms will be provided separately.
